To access your account, visit https://eznet.rchsd.org.
Use EZ-NET to:
- Verify member eligibility and member’s aid code
- Submit authorizations
- Check authorization status
- View claim status
Registration and Support
To register for an EZ-NET account:
- Download and complete the EZ-NET User Request form
- Email completed form to EZNetsupport@rchsd.org
- Once access is granted, a notification with instructions will be emailed to the new user

ECHO
Is CHA’s provider payments portal
To access your account, visit ECHO Unified Interface – Login (echohealthinc.com)
Use ECHO to:
- Update payment distribution process
- Pull EOB/EOP reports
- Pull capitation reports

Claims and Capitation Payments
Are completed by ECHO and can be reimbursed as:
- Paper check
- Virtual Card (Vcard) – virtual visa debit transaction
- Default option for new providers
- To manage Virtual Card payments or change payment method, providers can update via ECHO VCARD (echovcards.com)
- For Vcard specific inquiries, you may call (877) 705-4230
- EFT/ACH – automatic direct deposit to a bank account
- To enroll in EFT, providers can enroll online ECHO Health (echohealthinc.com)
- Providers can also email EDI@echohealthinc.com

Patient Satisfaction – National Research Corporation (NRC)
CHOC Health Alliance Member are surveyed throughout the year by NRC
The surveys are administered via telephone to get patients feedback on their office visits.
Questions asked during the survey
- Did the provider explain things in a way that was easy to understand?
- Did the provider listen carefully to you?
- Did you talk with this provider about any health questions or concerns?
- Did this provider give you easy to understand information about these health questions or concerns?
- Did this provider seem to know the important information about your medical history?
- Did this provider show respect for what you had to say?
- Did this provider spend enough time with you?
- What number would you rate this provider? (0-10, where 0 is the worst)
- Would you recommend this provider’s office to your family and friends?
- What else would you like to say about your experience? (Open ended)
