CHOC Health Alliance provides services to help your child grow up healthy and happy. These services include shots (immunizations).
Shots are a covered benefit for CHOC Health Alliance members.
Shots are one of the best ways to help your child stay healthy. Shots help protect your child from many dangerous diseases, such as whooping cough (pertussis) and measles.
Your child will receive shots as part of a well child checkup with his or her primary care provider (PCP). Your child should receive the following shots at these ages:
